Do remember, the threads on the spark plug, are the ground circuit. Ya all know what happens with a bad ground.

I just did my plugs a few hours ago, anti-seize on the plugs and dielectric grease in the spark plug boots. No problems here.

I used anti-seize compound on my plugs also. Remember, these heads are aluminum and are softer. Its easy to damage the threads. Be careful not to over torque the plugs also. I think its about 13-15 lb. ft. for them.

I just completed my first plug changeout. Took 3 hours, but followed fellow Hemite's, Iwantmore, suggestions here on the blog. Whew, what a feeling after finishing the job I did place anti-seize on the plug threads and dielectric grease in the spark plug boots and a touch in the coil pack connectors. She's running real fine!
