my steering wheel seems loose...thoughts?

sorry...more info. in addition to it feeling loose it clicks when i turn the wheel? i am having all sorts of plastic issues (dash, defroster door, etc...) due to the back plastic used by the vendor. could this have an effect?

Is the steering column pinching or scraping anything possibly causing the "clicking sound" when you turn?

does not seem to be...smooth, aside from the loose feeling wheel. being able to wiggle your steering wheel is a disheartening feeling
