I saw online a guy had he rear seat flipped up....I looked at mine and I cant see how it flips up

I see the edge brackets that looks like it might rotate but I can find a latch or anything
I have the full seat (no split)

dunno Not sure what your talking about. The bottom of the rear seats flip up to allow access to storage and the fold out platform...is that what your talking about? Not all trucks have them. It's part of the Laramie package and optional on others.

The 04 I had came with the full bench backseat, didn't have the platform either. But the seat did flip up still.

if your talking about the bottom of the seat then it just pulls up if your talking about the back of the seat it has to be modified by unbolting the seat and lift up on it to pull it out then their will be 2 brackets on each side all u do is unbolt them and flip them over then put everything back in and when u want to flip the back of the seat forward lift up on the bottom a little and pull forward on the back

i did it to mine and i had enough room to make a gun rack and mount my amps behind the seat

04 ram Qc, modified obx headers, cold air intake, down graded to 18s from 20 and smaller tires big change

Big Grin That's why we're here, and don't feel bad. Most of us have had some kind of issue. Some of us just blame it on, senior moments. Big Grin
I recently went through hell with a radio antenna.....I didn't know the antenna cables today were two piece and easy to change. Frowner

I recommend the bracket flip mod on the backs though. It is cool. You can put stuff back there. Like folders, paperwork, whatever. Nothing real big or anything. But especially a stereo setup.....lol. If I were you though I would have acted like I was talking about the bracket flip mod...... Razzer
