Anyone have the Dome Lights from Putco?
I want to get their dome light kit, the vehicle specific one.

Anyone have one? If so pics please?

The problem with LED domes is that they only work in one direction. Current only flows one way with them. The incadescent bulbs current can flow either way. In our map lights the current has to flow both ways so they will act very odd in our trucks. I had to do LED in the middle dome and bright whites in the maps to get them to work properly

Putco's won't have a problem, I don't think. My buddy has the kit, but bought it when it first came out, so the middle was a little wierd. I was assured they fit and work correctly.

Let me know cause iv spent tons of money tryin to get some that work right. If I turn on a map light with all LEDs in then one of the other will light dimmly and even when none were on and doors shut one would be dim.

I put LEDs from V-Leds.com in my truck. I have them in both my dome and my maps. IThe maps work fine but my dome stays dimmly lit at all times. I called them and they told me that if I put a resistor in the dome it would take care of the problem. It isnt bad enough and doesnt bother me enough to do that. I havent had any problems with the maps and they work great.
