Finally hired a new employee,, $17.00/hr to start. Guy was 1 hour late on his fourth day of work..excusses,excusses. So on friday I leave early cause my wife is sick,I give him instructions on what to do and when to leave. I call back later and no answer. Find out from security that he left 30 minutes after I did! over 2 hours early. I knew good help was hard to come buy but I had no idea. I just had given him his first paycheck, guess he couldn't wait to go party!, Now the party is OVER violin

We had a big project years ago. Hired part-time guys to work it. Found out one of 'em would clock in, head to the work site but would somehow manage to go fishing for most of the day. He lasted about a week.

Sounds like a liberal to me, maybe you should ask during your interview process if the person is a liberal or a conservative?

I hate to piss on your tent, but liberal or conservative has nothing to do with that lazy generation. Non parenting is the key issue that should be addressed. Peer pressure and peer training from non parented families also play a key role in that attitude. Unfortunately I have step son who falls into that category. He looks for the easy outs and free money as much as he can and he is 42 years old. His Mom, much to my distress, allows him to do it. So, I cannot blame him entirely. he has been hanging here for 5 years and has put a dent in our marriage.
