I had my dealer put in a general alarm on my 07. I don't have the remote start on my truck. The sensitivity on my alarm os all screwed up. Anyone have any ideas on how to change this? The directions they gave me with the alarm weren't very good. I live near an air force flight line and the alarm will chirp if a plane comes in for a landing. Also if a vehicle with a loud exhaust goes by it will do the same thing. I want an alarm but I don't want it to be annoying.

If you have the Mopar setup installed, the recommended placement of the IT-S (Interior Theft Sensor) sensor is under the dash near the emergency brake area. It has an adjuster knob on the side. To reduce sensitivity, turn the knob counterclockwise. To increase sensitivity, turn it clockwise.
