They only made them for the 06-08 that I know of, unless they came out with some new ones....

They will only fit steering wheels like this one, which some 05's may have if they were built later in the year, but most don't:

That steering wheel came out in 04. Its the same one I have on my truck. 02-03 Rams had a different style wheel. My 02 4.7L had a steering wheel that reminded me of a Caravan.

I have these on my '05. Had a problem with the silicone they came with not sticking very well. Ended up taking it all off and used double sided tape. Never could get them to fit just right either and had problems with using my cruise control. But damn they look good lol.
