Can anyone make one of those push button start permanent topics that go at the top like the other ones for the 2004 rams? That would be awesome. I herd that you have to machine the whole for the O4's is that true and what is the best way to go about it?

I checked out page 3 all it said really was about tip start dont have that tho. I just pretty much need to know what wire colors im looking for where they go on the back of the push button and all this stuff about having to buy a $300 bezel or do custom work since its an 04'? Thanks.

what custom work? The button will fit into the aux 12v outlet on the dash.

You need to look again. Page 3 has a post about 1/2 way down dealing with 02-05 trucks. Has a photo and everything. Post is by RaiderJay6. Tells you what color wires to use in the column and what pin #'s to hook to on the SRT button. 02-05 trucks are far simpler than 06-08. About 1/4 the work. Does not require a lengthy how to.
