Just got finished putting on my Stainless gauge overlay. I got it cheap, without a new set of needles, so I took mine off and painted them the closest color of red I could find to match my truck.

Sorry for the crappy photos right now, but all I got is my cell phone, will take some better ones tomorrow

Oh and a hint to anyone that thinks about putting this on, WEAR LATEX GLOVES!!! It took me forever to get all the fingerprint smudges off...

The logo in the RPM gauge is the "Regency RST" logo. This was a gauge face made for a RST conversion, but was never done... It was put on eBay and I snagged it up at a very reasonable price...

***EDIT (More Pictures)***
Here are some daytime pics actually taken with a decent camera... Driving to work today I noticed a smudge on the gas gauge, so I'm going to have to pull it back out and clean it (It was all I could look at on the way down here!! lol) Will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday, outta time this weekend...

Is there a trick to pulling the needles and getting them back on right? Or do they come off and go on without any worries. I just wouldn't want my gauges being off.

Trick is start the truck after its been sitting and mark down where all gauges sit. Then put them back in the same spot.
