It takes a couple of hundred of miles for the computer to "learn" about the tuner. You can hurry up things by clearing the "learned" data in (resetting) the PCM.

1) Pull fuse 31
2) Get in, buckle up (this just kills the 5 chimes)
3) Turn the key to ON - it won't start if you go to far
4) Wait for one or two chimes - usually 10-20 seconds
5) Replace the fuse

After you've completed the task above, you can re-calibrate your throttle body.
1) Turn key to ON (DO NOT START)
2) Mash the gas pedal to the floor and hold it
3) Wait 10 seconds
4) With the pedal still to the floor, turn the key off
5) Wait another 10 seconds
6) Slowly release the gas pedal.

Good luck!

.
It is not until you understand what you do not know that the learning process starts. ~ Me

What do you not like about Superchips? That tuner should be fine for your mods and setup.

Set your truck back to stock and then you'll feel the difference. I wasn't too impressed at first either...until I set it back to stock. It'll feel like a dog

how many miles on your truck? Hemi Rams have a 5,000 mile break-in de-tune in the PCM that tuners usually don't bypass.

sometimes it can take more miles. my truck didn't really wake up until 30K.

What's you REV LIMIT and WOT 1-2, 2-3 settings?

Have you run this this tune for awhile or have you been tuning a lot lately?

The rev limiter is fine, but you need to raise the shift rpm. Mine is set to 1-2 5950 rpm and 2-3 5850 rpm.
