I have mine set to:

Rev limiter 6150 rpm
1-2 shift 5950 rpm
2-3 shift 5850 rpm
Speed limiter 140 mph

Shifting above that with a nearly stock motor doesn't gain anything.

I'm running the 91 performance tune with 93 octane in the tank.

I run the 87 tune. I adjusted the shift points little too. I'll have to check for exact numbers.
If I get 91 octane I'll switch my tune.

Rob,

These are good settings to start with. See if you like them set where David has them or you could tweak from there.

Definitely disable MDS. That makes a huge difference.

Shifts are going to be quicker regardless. SC removes a lot of TM in their tuning. You would want to set them a little higher. Try David's settings for REV LIMIT and WOT SHIFTS 1-2, 2-3 and go from there. He's tested his settings pretty well, so his would be a nice baseline to start with.
