I used a Cobra radio plastic holder. I modified it a little with my Dremel tool to clear the cable from the 3865 and to make the clip fit. At the cubby hole under my AC controls I can peel up the forward edge of the rubber insert and fit the clip of the holder down in there. It seems to work fine. I haven't road tested it yet.

On that clip there is a little plastic bump at the end of it that helps hold it to your belt. That bump was too big and wouldn't let the clip fit. So I ground that bump down until it fit. I love things like this where you use what you already have on hand. Didn't cost me a cent.

By the way, with the clip installed I can still swing down my cup holders. It clears.
