Mike:
I have had my tuner for about 6 months now and it still does nothing for my 03 ram.
No raised shift points,no raised idle,no raised RPM,etc, etc.
If you have no intentions of offering any support for the 03 or 04 rams like you promised.
Would you please accept the return of my 3717 tuner, and refund my money.
Thanks:catsltd@telus.net.

Does nothing?

It still adds power like it was supposed to, correct?

Still lets you adjust timing/fuel etc?

This is something I'd like to see get done asap, but it has turned into quite a job, we'll just have to be more patient here guys.

Thanks
Mike

If you got it from a authorized dealer give it back to them for a refund, thats what I had to do. Call Diablo direct and talk to them about the refund, I think you will get better results there than you are here on this thread.

Welcome aboard hemi057 - we're glad you joined us! Sorry you didn't like the Diablo - hope the Superchips works better for you. Most programmers only offer about a 20 HP gain... which is very hard to feel by the butt dyno Wink The major benefit of the programmer is the ability to adjust the shift points thumb2

welcome9 and yes S/C would be the best for your mods.even though the diablo should have made a difference.

Diablo should have made a big difference for your 05', it made a bigger difference than the Superchips did for mine. The biggest 2 things were the shift adjustments and the mpg was better than with the Superchips

Thanks for at least posting Mike,i know 03 is a sore point for us all.
The problem is not the functions it has now,its the lack of functions.
What use is spark adjust, and fuel adjustments??/.
We cant put in a cam or any other mods because we need the idle bumped up.
You havent even added higher rpm or shift points.
Without even basic higher rpm and higher shift points,My $500;00 dollar Diablo tuner is slower than a Superchip 3714 tuner that I owned since 2004,or even my old 5003 Hypertech tuner.
Both of those 5 year old tuners offer this support.
How can I beat anyone in a race, when my truck shift recovery is so low in my powerband???

We dont need TCM support the yellow green wire cut works great(110,000 miles on my tranny with this mod),

What we need is:
1.Idle speed bump,it can even be a set 200rpm in gear or idle,Just a small bump is all we need.
2.we need our max R.P.M. raised to at least 6200rpm.
3. We need our Max speed raised,We cant even finish a Dyno pull because we hit our speed limiter in 3rd gear.
Thats it.
Nothing more,so tell your engineers,we dont need or expect to get the same features of 05-08rams,or even 04s.
All we want or need are those 3 options,so we can tune our trucks properly.

If you give us just those 3 options,I can guarantee you we 03 owners will be 100% happy.
We know there will never be support for 03 trannys, with Any chip maker so no worries.

You have no idea just how limiting your tuner is for us 03 guys.

If you had not promised this support we would not be so upset about not receiving it.
Get us those 3 options,Its all we need.

If you do this;
I will send your engineers a limited supply of Canadian Beer.
Sincerly.
