So,since the wife got a promotion, and I got a pay increase, I have been told (by the wife!), that my truck needs some work to it. Thought about going down the road of just a cat back exhaust. My thinking is, that if I want exhaust work, I want to go all the way, and do headers, etc. Looking for something that will last, possibly a "driveway install", have a good amount of performance also, and must have a rumble (agian, stated by the wife!). ALso looking into a CAI, just not sure what kind. What are the best items to start looking into? Not to concerned on the price right now, just looking.

Thanks!

Gotta find me one of those.
CAI and Muffler can be done in your driveway. Give you performance and sound. Ramhammer is popular CAI if money doesn't matter. Superchip will be best bang for your buck.

Well if price is no object...I'd suggest the dynatech longtubes, and exhaust first.

2nd the Ramhammer seems to be the best CAI (and most expensive, which I am saving for)

But I'd add the Superchips Flashpaq (or something similar) to take advantage of the exhaust, and CAI upgrades.

just my .02
