How do you tame a ported Throttle Body with a knife edge plate? I have adjusted a few things with my diablo so its not as bad but other than sending it back to have a stock plate put back in, is there a way to make it less touchy?

Well in rush hour traffic I lightly tap the gas to get it to move up a little, normally gets up to a whopping 3-4mph (the high stall converter doesn't help any) did the same thing the other day with the new throttle body on and it jumped to like 15mph... Almost went through my garage when I got home cause I had to give it gas to keep it moving up the driveway and it jumped.
On Start up its doing this: http://s185.photobucket.com/al...VE_1022090648_01.flv And that is with my foot off the gas, it shoots up to almost 2k then drops to 300 and back up again before leveling out. ..I am not too sure if this is helpful,but,when I was running my ported tb and had some stalling problems,I went to a shop that was an authorized Diablo CMR tuner. He had told me that there is a way to adjust for increased flow into the throttle body. Now,I never had it done(couldn't afford getting a Diablo and a custom tune),so,I am not too sure if the tb tweaking is a 'CMR tuner' only type of thing or not....

Well I am just going to send it back and have the knife edge plate removed.
