I would think it would.... The tailgate fits, and the bedliner will work (except some contour differences)...

Yeah I would think that it would too but before I make the final commitment and take the ride this weekend to go get the one I have in mind I want to make sure it's going to fit, ya just never know what some egg head engineer decided to do from year to year.....
