I know I saw it on here somewhere one time...but someone had found a tonneau that would work with the Daytona wing. Does anyone know where that thread is?

Lorado low 39 degree angled rail, this is what I have on mine. Works really well

That's a cool tonneau, Raider. Is that a hard top?

I found the one I was looking for down in the bottom of the Daytona section. Its called Retrax. I haven't gotten any prices yet, but its a roll-up.

Angela, talk to Doug, he has the retrax, as does Morris... they are a GREAT product. Not the cheapest, but for the quality, it's hard to beat. thumb2

The Retrax cover is a "retractable" cover. The cover retracts into a canister that's located in the front of the bed. Retrax is made of Lexan which is a type of plastic and is often used in the airline industry. The cover is not spring loaded like most other covers, so move the cover into any position at will. It's a high quality cover. Retrax has a very strict pricing rule: Retrax authorized dealers cannot discount more than 10% (including shipping) from the suggested retail price if they are selling the product in a public forum (like on the internet or in a newspaper ad, etc.). However, if a customer comes into the dealer's shop, then the dealer can sell it at any price they wish. I'm an authorized Retrax dealer.

Mine's a CheckMate. It's a solid so and the wing stayed in the original location, not fixed to the cover. So my bed is now a trunk but that’s what I wanted. Raiders is sweet because it looks great is priced right and can easily be removed. There are others that have solids with a wing attached. They look great and the cover is functional. Now if the Retrax cam in color match and was better priced.....

05 Daytona SWB RC Silver #4739 Current mods: SRT-10 wheels 22" x10" with Kuhmo 305/40/R22, Dual filter homebrew C.A.I. through SRT-10 hood scoop, Custom true dual Flowmaster Super 40's with Gibson Super Truck tips dumped in front of both rears, ATS flairs, CheckMate tonneau, SS roll pan, Malibu exhaust filler piece, SRT-10 front bumper, Racing Stripes.
Soon:2/4 drop.
Future: 426 Hemi.

Angela, the Retrax is $949 + shipping ($64 to to FL)

Mopar 78, I understand that your wing is mounted in the original manner and stays in place. I am trying to figure out how it opens. I have been looking at the Retrax but like being able to paint it to match the body.

Do you have a picture of it open?

Thanks
R/T
