My front axle right half shaft seal has been leaking for a little while. I finally got tired of cleaning the oil spots up so I stopped by the dealership. $200.00 to replace the seal!! I went around the corner to the parts counter and got the seal for $7.50 and replaced it in about 2 hours.
I did have to buy a 1 3/8" X 3/4" drive socket to remove the half shaft/hub nut. Total cost was just over $20.00. Piece of cake.
