03 4x4 1500 hemi. I have a bad vibration at high speeds. 70 mph and up. Had rear end changed. new tires all around. I noticed that when checking front axles out there is a lot of movement in both sides. when you spin the tires you see it spinning funny. is this normal. Should there be any play in the axles?

Axles may have a little play in them when you have the truck up on jacks. This is for suspension travel.
When you spin the tires they look funny, or are you talking about the axles? Have you swapped your rims front to back?

Mods...what mods??

Do you mean that there is excess movement in the half-shafts? Or is there slop in the suspension?
