So have any of you had this happen???
Dead asleep on the couch and my phone rings..."Hello...what???...where???...How the hell...Nevermind, yeah I'm on my way..." LOL! So a friend of mine calls me at like 3am this morning and asks if I can pull him out. A trip to Wal-Mart and then a 15~20 min drive out to the middle of nowhere and I find him. He's managed to sink a 4-door Mercury so that the bumpers are sitting on the ground. A few good jerks and some repositioning (insert "that's what she said!!!" here lol!) and I finally got him out and on the road. It only took him 30mins to wash all the mud off. Most of which was thrown on the car by my trying to get him out! Oh the stories for my grandchildren one day!!! Can't say that I've ever been called in the early am hours but I have been called before. The most recent I didn't take my Hemi because it was still covered in snow (actually, I've never used the Hemi for this). I ended up using my Tahoe since I had already removed the snow off of it. I had to pull an early '80s Dodge Ram out of a ditch.
