Just saw this on the Auto Parts Warehouse website. It's a new OEM-replacement upper control arm with a zirc atop the ball joint (the only one I've seen like this, even the Moog part can't be serviced). Dodge uses the same UCA for 2WD and 4WD applications from '02-'05, and possibly from '06 on (might be different part number for the same piece).
