I thought I read somewhere that the 2nd gen shackles will replace 3rd gen shackles? Reason being is no one sells a shackle lift for our trucks, but in theory a 2" lowering shackle for a 2nd gen will be the equivalent to a 2" shackle lift on our rigs.. I have a set of shackles Rancher gave me that i'm going to cut up and make lift shackles, just wanna have a "Plan B" Roll Eyes

You could just get a set of "flip kit" shackles. They are 7.5" to 8.5" (two mounting options) from hole to hole. I need a set that is 10" long to enable me to run my flip kit (saggy springs).

yup, lowering shackles are 3.5" hole to hole, stock is 5" hole to hole, and flip kit shackles are 7.5"/8.5" hole to hole. The trick is trying to find JUST the flip shackles by them selves... BUT worse case the entire flip kit is only around $200 on ebay. thumb2
