What is the proper torque specs for 5125 Bilstein shocks with sleeves?


Black 2005 Std. Cab SWB Dodge Ram 1500 - Aeroturbine AT3030 dumped, Bilstein 5125 shocks front and rear, True Flow CAI, Superchips 3815, 2" T-Bar crank, 35x12.50 Toyo M/T's on stock 20's, 180* Thermostat, Taylor 8mm shorty wires, Black Chrome shorty antenna

Here is a another thread about that. I couldn't figure out how to torque the fronts when you can't put a socket on them since have to hold the top with pliers or they spin?
