Well I got the old bushing out without any trouble...

I then installed the new bushing... again no problem...

But I can't get that sleeve in their!

I tried my small vice, but its just pushing the bushing out of the shock...

I tried lubing it with dish soap, grease, and motor oil...

I can get it about half way in and no more...

Any advice?

I used different size sockets and used dielectric grease and put the bushing in the sleeves first and then the sleeve into the shock,it takes some time but go slow.

iagree You can use white lithium grease, too. Make sure you keep the inside of the bushing (where the sleeve goes) clean and only lube the outside of the bushing. Push the sleeve into the bushing, and then push them both part of the way into the shock eyelet. Put small pieces of plywood on either side of the bushing & sleeve / eyelet and clamp it in the vise (this will distribute the pressure across the ends of the bushing and the eyelet). Then work the shock back and forth as you crank down on the vise and press the bushing into place.
