I would say a good shop should be able to do it in one day for sure. I would estimate the labor at $350-500 range.

Parts depending on who/where you buy it & which exact kit $300-$800.

I bought my 2/4 kit for 350.00 I had the dealership install it they did the front end alignment and gave me a loaner car it took one day cost was just under 500. This is a mod you want done right the first time.
