i was just trying to replace my shocks with the bilstein ones. do i have to get a shock compressor or should they fit w/o this? it looks like im about 2" to long. and also the sleeve that comes with these shocks...how the hell do you get them into the shock??? looks to be impossible. any help would be appreciated. thanks

well i figured it out. pressed the sleeves in and used my gf's screw jack to compress the shocks enough to get them on. haven't drove it much since the install but the lil i did it feels a lot better. would recommend bilstein for anyone looking to improve ride and handling.

thanks mark. how you been by the way?? i was down to your place a couple years back with my daughter. we were on the bike on our way to myrtyl beach...remember. i had to change my login because it wouldn't let me back in for some reason. used to be hemiram1. oh well its all good just lost all those post counts.
