On my 03 you can hear the fan blowing but no air comes out any of the vents no matter what you select. Confused I've check fuses and relays even pulled the front of the dash off can't feel any air, maybe just slightly at the floor vents but thats it. Any Thought?

well I got the old one out and it all works fine without it for now may try to get one from a junkyard and fix it later when it gets real hot. I think my condenser fan needs replaced also, so any one know how to test and or replace it. Thanks...Jim

Just saw your post, yep thats what Mine was also, I just took it out and works just fine! You dont need to block it unless you just want to pull outside or inside air, but it works the same for cooling and heating, no problems!

Alot of times the blower resistor gets worn out and makes the fan blow slower, If your going to want to do it, replace both parts at the same time and you will get the 20 mph air vents again! Had to replace on both of my dodges at about 90k miles,

Well hopefully the weather will cooperate and I can get into this thing this weekend. I bought a new condenser fan and a new recirculation door and housing. I'm hoping to be able to change the recirculation door without tearing apart the dash, but my info tells me no. If anyone knows any tips or tricks please share. Thanks...Jim

Only took one pic, but I'll try to set down and put something together when I get a chance. It was a pain in the butt but I saved a lot of $$$ doing it myself. Oh and there is no way to change the condenser fan without evacuating the a/c.
