Hey all - When I have my heat on high it doesnt feel like its on high. It feels like it only will be on medium. When you turn it on high it sounds like its blowing faster but it just doesnt seem to get the air moving any quicker. When we have my wife's POS Ford on high it feels like your in a wind tunnel. dunno Any suggestions? Thanks

I have the same problem and the car is in the shop today. Just received call 5 minutes ago. I was told the recirculation door was broken and it will cost $908 to repair.

I told them to hold off. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have a similar issue where I have full heat at the defroster and vents but nothing at the floor vents.

TSB says 3.2 hrs the stealership says 8.5 hrs.

I hope the go bankrupt. They are freakin thieves!!!!!

I aksed them what they were giving off on a new 2500 ram with Cummins and they said OH that truck doesnt get any discount.

Thieves
I am in Simsbury CT.
So I called another couple of dealershipes and I got all different Hrs on the repair.

I thought they had to follow the TSB hrs?

The actual quote to fix broken recirculation door is to "pull back dash and replace recirculation housing door assy."

$908 freakin' dollars

I went on Dodge Website and there are no outstanding TSB's on my vehicle.

If anyone has any other ideas, I am listening..

Please help!!!

I am going to call a couple other dealers.

Sorry, but that is incorrect. Once the vehicle is out of warranty they can charge whatever they want.

Now if it were a recall, yes they would have to follow the labor times, TSB no.
