I've been searching the forum and have found that others have experienced this on 2003's but on my 2008 I'm having the same problem. I get heat through the defroster and dash vents but nothing comes out the floor. You would think 5 years later that Dodge would have addressed this by now?

I've had the truck to the dealer and they have "ordered parts" and they say their going to fix it later this week but I'm very hesitant because they say that the need to take the dash almost all the way out of the truck. So I'm just afraid to have anyone work on my truck besides myself and what their going to break, leave out or loose as they fix this problem.

Any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

But they have to fix what they break or leave lose!!

When I brought the truck in for them to look at the first time...The truck was clean, I covered the seats and had extra floor mats down. Wouldn't you know it, the one place the floor mat is exposed, they got grease on it. I have no confidence in the work that dealers do.
