Hi All,
2004/2500/ The A/C blower stopped blowing as hard as it did on high, and the switch seems like it can't figure out which setting it's on. It happened after the passenger door shut. It doesn't switch properly between the floor, defrost, and front blowers. Anyone have this happen? |

Haven't heard of all those issues happening all at once. A few folks here have experienced the lower air flow - use our search option in the above tool bar - search for "A/C". very strange. i would start by checking the C200 connector in the passenger kick panel it might be loose or someting

Your blend door is broke inside the HVAC box behind the dash. Most dealers will fix this with a $100 deductable. I have repaired 7 of my own trucks with this problem and have some detailed pictures on how to do it if you need them. It would take a day or two to find them.
