My fan for air/heat started chirpping. Has anyone had this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

Have never had it happen but it sounds like either the fan ig going bad or it is full of dust and dirt.

I've also noticed that the last time it rained, there as water in the floorboard on the passenger side. Something is leaking from under the dash.
Anyone?
