Has anyone had this problem.

My truck has heat only at the vents and the defroster.

Stealership says 8.5 HR labor abut the TSB 24-004-03 says 3.2 Hrs labor WTF

I was wondering if anyone had temporary fix.
I need my truck everyday right now and I need Heat on the floor.

Was thinking if its a bad door that closed I should be able to snake something up there and pop it open temporarily.

Anyone done something like this to get them by?


Also if anyone has done the Job how hard was it and how long did it take?

this is a big job and mine is having the same issue. i have a cracked dash issue that i am dealing with (seeing if dodge covers cost due to defect) and dealer said to wait and see if covered. if so dash is already out and paid for by dodge, could only be about 250 from that point vs full rate.
