Pacesetter LT's make the most torque for our trucks, and you can get them cheaper than the rest. Uncoated run anywhere from $220 to $279 and coated are somewhere between $400 and $500.

Welcome aboard GRacing - we're glad you joined us!
I had Dynatech SuperMaxx Headers on my '03 Ram... pricey, but they fit like a glove. Here's the install article.

Those dynatechs are nice but you can get Pacesetters caoted for $450, a Y pipe for $149 and magna flow hi flow cats for about $89 a piece. So for about $780 you can have headers that produce more significant gains.

didn't edelbrock only make shorty's? Cuz you don't want shorty's you want to get longtubes. Pacesetters, Heddman, OBX, are the cheaper ones. Thorly Tri-Y's and Dynamax are the more expensive ones.

Been running Pacesetters for about a year and a half and had no problems with them other than the black paint flaking off. I wouldn't have bought anything else.

And steel is steel, unless they're coated, they'll all rust.

Don't bother getting long tube headers, hi flow cats and then a Y pipe. That doesn't make any sense

My stainless shouldn't be rusting anytime soon.

I would have loved to get Hedmans but they only fit 2wd and being 4wd the pacesetters were the only choice for me.
