i want to get some headers for my ram...now i was thinking about the dynatech but found out there not for street or for sell in california so am stomp i want something that has everything and will go on great and give it real hp and tq gains..

edelbrock t.e.s would be a good alternative but they do not come as a kit with cats and y pipe or anything

would you happen to know the website for the edelbrock...what kinda set up you have...

you can find the edelbrocks at moesperformance.com or 3rd strike. they are considered mid lengths. long tubes are more effective than the short tube style, but anything is better than stock. i personally have pacesetter lt's and y

Won't any long tubes fail emissions in california?
I think there are only 2 companies that make long tubes for 2007s (which I assume are the same as 2008) are Pace setter and someone else. Pacesetters were much cheaper. I like them. I also welded a flange onto the collector so that If I need to remove them it wouldn't be that hard.

i have the supermax long tube headers from dynatech, with high performance cats on my 04 ram........my trk is daily driven to work.......the only problem i had had to install mechanical simulators on the downstream for the cats to remedy code for downstream cat inefficency, exhaust flowing an lot more than stock.......the kit took me 5 hrs to install in the driveway at my leasiure.....not sure if they have kit for 08......u could out their web site

As far as I know mids are legal and long tubes aren't.
