I think with LT's and exhaust you are looking at 20+ at the wheel. Seems to be the general concensus. I think the Dynatech setup claims upwards of 30 or so. Can't remember. MrH probably knows. He had it.

I'd bet with long tubes and stock exhaust you'd see at least 15. With a decent Y pipe single set up I could see 20. With a good dual set up and an X pipe I could see 25+

Cool! I have a dual exhaust with a x-pipe.

Something off the topic though, I was gonna get a set of Pacesetters and I was wondering how hard it is to install these. Are the O2 sensors a pain to deal with? Thanks guys!!

I was told by an old mopar expert that you don't get hp from short tubes and go with the long ones.

The headers are not that hard at all to put in. Took me a few hours but I did it by myself in my driveway. You will have to make extensions for the O2 sensors. That's the biggest pain about the whole install. It's not hard, it just takes a while to get it all rewired, 4 wires per O2 sensor X 4 O2 sensors.

Also, you might want to wend a 3 bolt flange to the header collector in case you ever need to take them out or swap something. It will make like easier.

Open headers are pretty much unbearable. You'll wake the dead for sure.

If you gut the cats it'll sound so much better. Cats make a system sound muffled. I'm running dual FlowTech Warlock mufflers. They sounds pretty good. Not quite as rowdy as I hoped but they're ok.

I will bear that in mind, waking the dead sounds fun, but then tickets for disturbing the peace don't. I need to get an exhaust, I need more whoop ass in my repatoire, nothing says that than a loudness tatis indescribable

Well, today I purchased some Pacesetter LT ceramic coated headers from AIR RAM. Also bought some different gaskets and a set of Stage 8 header bolts. Thanks for all the input guys. I hope I can install these myself.

Wait till you get the headers on. There's a 99% chance you won't be able to handle it on a 30 mile trip. I know I sure as hell can't. Sometimes when friends ride in my truck for the first time they want me to open it the cut outs right after the headers. They think it's the best thing ever...until 5 miles of 1500 RPM done at about 200 decibels right under your feet. It vibrates the whole god damn truck! But yes, it is cool as hell for about 5 miles in the city, till you get that one long stretch of the same RPM and that nasty DRONE!
