After installing my headers I got the p0052 code. its a bank 2/1 problem. is bank 2 the driver side? i replaced that o2 sensor in front of the cat already but that did not fix the code. and for some reason i cant clear it with my superchip or by resetting the pcm, the light never goes away. maybe i am doing something wrong there.
any help is really appreciated, i am starting to lose my mind.

Chris make sure that you didn't damage a connector or pin on the O2 sensor harness.

Just a thought... Wink

replaced my passenger side o2 sensor with the new one, code is still there. tried clearing it with the SC and resetting pcm to no avail. does anyone know if there is a difference between the passenger and driver side o2 sensors other than the plastic connecting clip? dunno

A quick search on the internet says your passenger side upstream (pre-cat) O2 sensor heater circuit voltage is to high. Swap the downstream (post-cat) sensor. I had the same problem on my '03 (P0132). Duane has them for about $50.00.

If it is high voltage then it is probably an open circuit. A connector is not snapped in all the way or a wire is cut. Check these closely. Did you have to use extensions to connect the sensors after installing the headers? If so check them.
