I have an 06 QC with dynatechs and the front o2 sensor on the driver's side as well as the front edge of the cat hit that heat shield that comes with the kit that wraps around the fuel lines and stuff. I have zip tied it up as far as I can but it still hits. Any help? The aluminum outer finish is starting to burn off!

I have the dynatech's on an 05.I believe that heat shield was for the 03 that had the fuel line close to the exhaust.I remember using it to wrap some line's that were above the exhaust but i don't think one of them was the fuel line.I would check to see if a mount that hold's them lines up is broken. The line's should'nt be that low.I would'nt think there's much differance in the line's between the 05 and 06 and there is plenty of clearance on mine.

take it to an exhaust shop and have them re-locate the o2 sensor bung....thats what i ended up doing....its cheap and takes like 15min....but make sure they do a good job of closing the other bung or else it will throw a code.
