What would be the average timee to replace the TQ on a 4x4 ?

I've had quotes from everything from 2 to 8 hours!!!!???????

I'm going to bet it is closer to 8 hours.
I have been kicking this idea around for a week. Cheaper than getting a cam/heads. This probably would have been a good weekend to do it.

In a 4x4 truck, it should take about 4 hours.
