i bought my 2004 quad cab hemi 2wd in nov of 2008. it had 58000 miles on it. i have since put almost 5000 on it. so i have a little over 63000 now. i have only towed with my truck twice. both with a car hauler and my limited modified dirt car on it. my trans sometimes under normal driving condition seems to not shift real consistent. i mean sometimes it will shift through all gears like clockwork and then sometimes it will seem to kinda slide into gear at its leisure. when i first bought the truck i did a trans service on it. like i said less that 60000 miles on it. when i pull up to a light and start to slow down it acts like the convertor does not want to unlock. kinda shudders the its ok. not all the time. one time it did die on me but never before and never since. my levels are correct, atf+4 fluid and napap filters. it seems to me and i am no tranny expert, that it seems electrical. maybe solenoid.? maybe...? i have talk to other hemi owners both two and four wheel drive and every one of them have had complaints with the trans shifting correctly. i plan to tow my dirt car soon and i need a little advice on a fix or is it normal? any help will be great. i would post more if i had thetime or info to share.

Maybe it needs to have this TSB performed.
