Will the 06-07 grilles directly replace the 04? I like that style and was just curious.

nope.
 you would need the upper bumper cover, then you would have to get the 06+ headlights, and to do that you would need the 06+ front fenders.   |

It is a direct replacement and will fit on with no problems. Only issue would be a bigger gap on the bottom corners because the new ones are curved.
