Good day eh from Canada. I recently installed a set of Supermaxx long tube headers and hi perf cats on my 07 hemi sport. Now the CEL is always on. checked all connections and O2 sensors. All good.I can remove the trouble code and turn the light off but it comes back on after about 10 mins. of driving.Dealer says it is a difference in flow. Any ideas? I would rather not black it out with a piece of electrical tape.

Well from exp after removing my cat you could go with a set of non foulers that would pull the o2 sensors out of the exhaust flow enough to compensate for the headers... they can be purchased from Semo at 3rdstrike....( great guy to deal with and he can give you just about any info you need on anything he sells)
OR you could wait until Diablosports comes out with their tuner, they are going to have a nice feature that will delete the code completely.

How hard was it to install im thinking about putting those on my 07 as well. Another member on here posted this on another thread

Take it to the dealer for the reflash of the PCM
Its covered under a TSB.
I know I just had it done yesterday didn't cost a dime as it was covered under warranty.
Just be sure to tell the service writer that its a Mopar performance exhaust system.
Dynatech is Mopar performance BTW When the dealer did the software update they also change the rear o2 sensor to eliminate the problem
