I hate to sound like a complete creatin... AND this is really emabarassing for me to ask
but...
I had gotten a coin in the mail yesterday there was no return name on the envelope so i don't know where or who it had come from..
On the silly coin it says (on one side): show me your "o" face with a picture of a panda bear and then at the bottom it has another saying: I do what i wanna do.

(other side) It says: "its all about the EL TEE GOODINESS" then a vertical bar and underneath the bar it has 001.

I am totally baffled..
..
like i said i feel pretty silly for not knowing what that means...
I hope someone can explain... its probably from the guys in the AF that i send care packages to but i am too embarrased to ask..

Don't know. Sounds like maybe a custom made challenge coin from someone military.
The vertical bar and term EL TEE (for LT) indicates a lieutenant. If he had his own design made, they sometimes are serial numbered. Looks like he sent you the first.
Just my guess.

Can you take a pic (both sides)? It does sound like a challenge coin though...

I don't think that's a Marine Corps butterbar coin, otherwise it would read : I do what the Gunny tells me Big Grin
Actually I received one similar when my little Brother graduated from Army OCS.

Don't take it personal Trooper Girl.
It's meant to have two meanings depending on where your mind is at (mostly in the gutter for me Big Grin We on the enlisted side of the house commonly refer to our Officers as Os or ZerOs because or thier pay grade designators O-1, O-2 etc. and sometimes because the have zerO common sense despite the college education, hence the frat-boy like childishness of this particular challenge coin.
Hope this helps.
Chris

That isnt from the Corps, we dont use the term 'LT'. That is primarily Army or Air Force.
