Good afternoon,

I bought a set of 130 watt Long Range KC lights to go behind the grill. For those of you who have installed a set of lights like this, did you drill holes in the rail or did you use a different method? Just wondering what the best way would be? Sorry if this is a duplicate, couldn't find any mention of the actual install.

Those look awesome! I have seen a few trucks around my area with them and have thought about putting some on to. Would be nice to hit the switch when those annoying people pull out in front of you! Nice Work Guys! thumb2

Use touch up paint after drilling on the bare metal. helps stop any rust.

Seriously NOT a big deal. The metal is not really thick. Just measure a bunch, think about it and measure again. Make sure you drill the holes properly spaced and that you'll be able to reach in to apply the nuts and washers. Make sure, also, that you use proper fuses and relays.

Ive actually got four lights behind my stock grille. The stock grille still lets a lot of light through. Ill try and get a pic of my setup.
