Good afternoon,
I bought a set of 130 watt Long Range KC lights to go behind the grill. For those of you who have installed a set of lights like this, did you drill holes in the rail or did you use a different method? Just wondering what the best way would be? Measure 3 times and then drill in to the rail.

Those look awesome! I have seen a few trucks around my area with them and have thought about putting some on to. Would be nice to hit the switch when those annoying people pull out in front of you! Nice Work Guys!

Use touch up paint after drilling on the bare metal. helps stop any rust.

Seriously NOT a big deal. The metal is not really thick. Just measure a bunch, think about it and measure again. Make sure you drill the holes properly spaced and that you'll be able to reach in to apply the nuts and washers. Make sure, also, that you use proper fuses and relays. |

Scotty would be proud  hey i see more and more of this type of set up not sure if i have seen anyone with the 'stock' grill running extra lights. how much light do you loose with the stock grill? is it still worth it? she getting older and has trouble seeing well at night ................uh..or that could be me ____________________________________________  “tribuo nos pacis in terra” The Truck and Mods: How should I know? It's her's I just make the payment.  Her best time? House to grocery store 10mins flat. (takes me 30mins)    |

Ive actually got four lights behind my stock grille. The stock grille still lets a lot of light through. Ill try and get a pic of my setup.
