I have wanted to put a turbo or supercharger on my truck but it has always seemed like the have to many tuning issues. My truck is an 05 daily driver and I also do some towing a few times a year. Is there any reason to even think about one of these power adders? Has anyone figured out how to tune them and make it drivable for everyday use? Also what does it do to the mileage?

Yes, there are many routes to go for tuning. A turbo will give better mileage while using cruise control. City driving with a turbo or driving anywhere with a supercharger will result in much worse fuel mileage.
