2003 hemi 1500.

These questions have the same rules of thumb as any other engine.

ok trim sizes... depends on the CFM demand from the engine and what you plan on using it for. 60-67mm for fun on the street, 76mm+ for modified long block
comp ratio on this block Chev small blocks seem more tolerant to boost on stock compression ratios without knock, but not us
injector size? horsepower depend. How high do you want to go?
boost limits and injector to boost ratio..

Ok,that post didn't work.

I don't know the boost limits on these engines, but 20 psi would likely lift the heads even with studs. Injector to boost ratio is not relative and boost is only a measurement of restriction and not power. ie. I make way more power at 3 psi now than I did at 10 psi with the stock 5.7, same turbo and piping.

if you were looking for the stock numbers on this motor, compression ratio is 9.6:1 and i believe the injectors are 26lb

Engines make horsepower according to the volume of air they can burn. Having boost on an engine means something is blocking the air from flowing freely through the engine, so it starts to back up. (boost) When an engine is running a supercharger, it will produce fairly consistent boost levels at same RPMS. After long tube headers and ported heads are installed the boost will be lower, but more power is made due to the increased CFM. If the engine was opened up sufficiently air flow wise, it would be possible for the same supercharger to make no boost at all.

Boost is the amount of fuel air/air, that has built up in the intake, and heads, measured in PSI, that couldn't get into the cylinders. A belt/gear driven supercharger pumps a certain amount of air, at any given engine speed, up to it's maximum. Lets say for this hypothetical engine 6psi, @6,000 rpm. If we install better flowing heads, larger valves, bigger cam, or add cubic inches, the boost will drop, because more is going into the cylinders. The blower is putting out the same, but more is getting into the cylinders. Turbo charging is some what different, because of the waste gate. professor
