2004 Dodge Ram Hemi Sport (flame red),Custom 24x12x4 front mount intercooler, sts turbo, sts electronic boost controller, custom billet fuel rails, 255lph holley fuel pump, XRP racing fuel fittings and hoses, split second map clamp, 39# cobra/bosch injectors, MSD spark plug wires, NGK 4306 spark plugs, autometer boost gauge, autometer EGT gauge, Aeroforce scan gauge, PLX device DM-100 Air/Fuel wideband, Sharadon Performance Stage II Transmission with Stage II Valve Body, PML transmission pan, Edge 3000 Billet Torque Converter, Eibach pro-kit 2/4 drop, Eibach pro damper shocks....... Does anybody know how to install this stuff?!?!  Yes ATF Speed does!!That Hemi got a turbo?!?! 400hp/445 lbs. tq at 7 lbs of boost. |

to coin the phrase...."Yes, Yes it is!" 370 cubic inches. Balance rotating assembly provided by Stu. Includes CP billet aluminum pistons, Carrillo H-beam rods, Callies forged Crank. Custom Ground Cam from Franks racing.......a bit pricey since FHO charges $100 for a grind..... Heads Ported by FHO. Include full radius valve job... Ferrea Racing stainless Valves... 2.02/1.62 diameters with 5/16" single groove stems. Spiral groove bronze guides, viton seals. custom "426" retainers ( lash cap shoulders machined because vendors can't supply off the shelf retainers that sit properly on the valve stem), and Manley springs......man are they ever nice. Block is bored over and line honed by FHO..... includes chamfered edges...The mains had terrible clearances from the factory.....turns over a lot smoother now. FHO installed rotating assembly new motor plate, water pump, and oil pan TTI Stainless 1 3/4" headers to 3" collector...high flow cats and y-pipe. I have to grind some of the weld on the lower corners of couple of prinary tubes at the header to head flanges. Theres some minor port interference there........probably not enough to make a difference in flow, but I'm doing it for peace of mind Right now, I'm still cleaning everything, and painting parts that were missed by the factory, or faded due to salt corrosion from winter driving. That's gonna be awesome. I ALMOST went with a 370 when I redid mine but I like not having to worry about 2nd prime downshifts (from too much n/a tq) and let boost make the ultimate power.

I think with the new cam and added midrange power from the SCT tune, I won't have to worry about downshifting.......no racing unless its from a dead stop
.......So I'm a little behind my original plan. I got carried away with cleaning, detailing, and painting. I had stripped all the grease, wirewheeled the valve covers...........every bolt cleaned, antiseized at the threads, under the bolt heads, and washers and nuts...sheesh. I wish I had someone do this stuff for me Basically anything with an aluminum surface has paint on it including water pump, and motor plate. The salt from winter is not friendly to aluminum, so it just seemed to take forever.
