I know Mr. Hemi had one on his old truck. I just know that tuning is not all there for us yet. But they have a way to tune it using a piggy back tuner but full benefits will not be reached until Diablo or SCT finally come out with their tuners for us. Also, you have to get bigger injectors and maybe even a bigger fuel pump (if you have an 03), but bigger injectors is a must.

But from what I understood, a lot of money for the supercharger system and a lot of money for the tuning. Hopefully some one with some real experience can chime in here and pick up anything I missed or correct anything I misinformed you with. Smiler

Is it worth the price and how do you like it? Any problems?

The main problem is the auxillary fuel injector, this causes problems by dumping all the fuel into the back 4 cylinders. Spend the extra money and go to bigger injectors and the smt6 setup and eliminate it completely. GSM are useless at customer support too.

Is it worth it to me? Thankfully I got mine off ebay for 1/2 the price of a new system, so that was worth it to me, but now after I've had it for awhile, I don't think I'd spend the $5000+ for a new unit. Don't get me wrong the power increase is excellent. I would'nt say I've had any problems with the setup, but the tuning can be a little tricky to get dialed in just right. I agree with the above statementz though...it would be better to have larger fuel injectors rather than the auxilary injectors...and the GS customer service is'nt that great...the last 2 or 3 times I called 'em they were busy with something...so they took down my number and said they'd call me back but never did online

For the ultimate in tuning.............

rip out the stock computers and throw them as far away as you can, or take a baseball bat to them and vent out your frustrations!

Then spend some hard earned coin on a trouble free standalone system, and a cable operated throttle body. rip out the stock trans and replace it with something that won't require electronics to run....dual standalones + tuning cost more than replacing the transmission.

...then....after the pistons break in the stock motor....tear that sucker apart, and rebuild it to nascar specifications

Hope this helps thumb2
