Not sure if I can post this. If not I apoligize.

I'm wondering if anyone is interested in ordering an STS kit. I've been trying to become a dealer for them for a couple of months but I'm just a small shop and cant really afford the large buy in. I would offer you as big a discount as possible. Thanks for your time.

I pretty sure only sponsors can sell on the site.
Maybe you want to become one. You might want to PM Mr Hemi and run it by him first.

I am an STS Dealer. Have been for 3 or so years.

There is not much interest in them for the newer hemi's ever since 05.

STS does not provide tuning for the hemi. They only sell tuner kits which means the buyer has to provide their own tuning. Which is the hardest part of this project.

Turbos make the most power and are easier on the engine and easier to install, but most younger guys want superchargers, even though they can't make the same amount of power.

Best of luck in your new venture. Feel free to contact me for any questions or whatever.

now that the diablo is out, will that be able to do all the necessary tuning to get the most out of a turbo application? and also is the rear-mount kit the only one available for our trucks?

I'm not familiar with the Diablo, so I can't help here.

STS only makes a rear mount. It keeps the heat of the turbo away from the engine and it keeps the intake of air cooler.

Disclaimer:

I'm still a dealer, but not actively. I'm just trying to help the poster, Eddie.

i'd really like to go turbo but i'm not sure about the whole rear mount design and having everything mounted underneath the truck like that...wouldnt that catch alot of water in the rain? and winter time when snows on the ground?

yeah ya know thats what i wonder to. How safe is the turbo under there when it comes to rain and snow. I mean I love turbos and almost bought the sts turbo kit but all i could think of was how it would be affected by the rain and snow. I know it comes with the filter and everything but still ive gone though some deep rain and snow and i know the filter would be soaked with water if it was under there.

They make snorkle kits for some of their turbos kits. There are a lot of people running the STS turbos on Vettes and GTOs which are way lower than our trucks. I'm going to ask them and get back to you.

My air filter is mounted higher than my gas cap.

I have it tucked between the right quarter panel and the bed wall. It has never seen any water/snow. We get plenty of snow/slush here.

And it gets plenty of nice cold air.

Ditto. My seats would get wet before the filter would.
