I had my oil changed at the dealer today (12K miles) and they performed 4 TSB's on my truck.

There are already four TSBs on the 09 models? What were they for?

Is an RRT and a CSN basically the same thing? The reason I ask is no vehicle is supposed to be delivered before all the safety and CSNs are completed or the dealer will be charged back the cost of a dealer prep as a penalty. Mine had 2 open RRTs before delivery. I told them I wanted them completed and they had 4 days to do so. One was the tape on the spoiler, the other the software flash for the backup sensors. Find out now that neither had been done. SO my question is do the RRTs fall under this requirement from Chrysler for delivery?

Some people may laugh at all the minor updates this truck has undergone since it's release but every one has been very minor. I consider is a good thing when they reconize a problem no matter how small and address it rather than brushing it under the rug like the old days. To me that is good customer service after the sale.

I do agree topgun at least they are not having fires etc like some of the older ford products, and they are addressing things that need to be taken care of, the Lube on the seat works for a little while, Im taking mine back in next week one day for them to get this fixed.

Nice R/T!

You shouldn't have any issues. Your's should of been built very late in the model year after some of the minor updates occured. For instance, mine is an end of March build and really the only thing that I would get done is the software update for the backup sensors. Has to do with using it in the snow. It's very minor and works as is so not really that big of a deal.
