Is there a tsb out for the 03 for pinion seal problems?

To my knowledge there is not. There sure as heck should be though, 03-05. Hear stories quite frequently about them. Mine went sour around 30,000 miles. It's an easy fix though if you are needing to replace it.

Unfortunately, there isn't a TSB for the pinion seal...they refuse to put one out for it.

I have had mine replaced 2 times and the rear end rebuild 2 times as well.... Roll Eyes

There should be a TSB for it.. So far, about half of my friends with Rams have had to get theirs done.

My front pinion seal also went around 30,000 miles. The vehicle is still under warranty and was replaced by the dealer in December 06.

Sounds to me like they need a TSB for the pinion seals that are leaking. That's a lot of folks with the problem.
